Preserve falls view

What if we could erect a small structure on the YMCA site downtown – say a rock with a plaque on it? The plaque would express profound thanks to the City Council members of 2010 who had the vision and fortitude to preserve this exquisite spot for the many generations of visitors who would be lucky enough to stand there and wonder at the roar of Spokane's glorious falls.
